Meet Valerie
Hi, I’m Valerie Stone! Real estate has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I watched my mom, Jeanine Panarelli, build a successful real estate career. For nearly four years now, I’ve had the unique privilege of working alongside her, learning from her decades of expertise while bringing my own energy to our team.
I graduated from Carson-Newman University with a bachelor’s degree in human services and psychology. This background naturally provides me with unique insight into the emotional and financial journeys of buying and selling a home. It also shapes how I approach my work; I don’t just see real estate as transactions, but a major chapter in my clients’ lives. My goal is to remove the stress of buying or selling a home so you can focus on your future.
I love working with first time and relocating home buyers, home sellers, and anyone buying or selling land. I recently had a new home built and am very familiar with new construction, the process and time it takes to complete a new build, and the possible pitfalls to be aware of.
I am a Real Estate Affiliate Broker, a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Lakeway Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband Noah, who works hard as a lineman for Appalachian Electric. We have a Golden Retriever, Miloh, and love taking him to explore the beautiful East Tennessee landscape. To recharge, I love working out, diving into a good book, and listening to music.
